Translates nothing at all

I write something in English and hit the translate to Ukraine button and it just puts what I wrote in the box in English so I tried copying a letter in Ukraine and pasted it in and selected translate to English and it did the same thing. So it only translates English to English and Ukraine to Ukraine???????
Complete waste of my dollar! I want a refund!!!!!!
